A diagnostic tool designed to provide immediate determination of stomach pH without gastric intubation or chemical analysis and serves as a rapid indicator of esophageal and gastric bleeding.

As a practitioner, i had the great opportunity to train under an acclaimed Naturopath and digestive system expert from the U.K. Her empirical knowledge of more then 2 decades of clinical work illustrated the vital importance of a healthy working digestive system, and what happens to our health as a whole when it fails. This is a non-allopathic approach to true and holistic digestive system health.

As her student, i am trained to administer a simple and very effective test to measure the presence of hydrochloric acid (HCL) in the stomach and esophageal-tract. The GASTRO-TEST is a proprietary diagnostic tool that accurately and without invasive procedure, shows immediate determination of esophageal reflux disease (G.E.R.D.), hyper or hypochloydria (having hydrochloric acid production or not.

The implications of an imbalanced stomach pH are extremely profound and wide reaching- in terms of our overall health (far too lengthy and complex for this short article). The lack of production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach leads into many, many, nutritional imbalances, exposures to pathogens and degenerative disease. Without sufficient HCL production, you are guaranteed to be deficient in, but not limited to: Vitamin B s (especially B12, NO INTRINSIC FACTOR ), Vitamin A, D, zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium, omega 3 and 6 acid, peptides and peptic-enzymes. Protein and fat breakdown and assimilation is shut down.

MOST ARE SUFFERING FROM TO LITTLE HCL PRODUCTION

I have helped heal the digestive function of many people that are convinced that they are producing too much HCL. When the fact is that most people do not produce enough HCL- and when they experience acid reflux, it is not from too much HCL production, but from sphincter control issues-triggered by foods that are allowing HCL back up the esophageal tract. Stress, age, and diet, effect the production of HCL. In the 20 + years of clinical practice, my teacher found only 1 male that was actually creating too much HCL (hyper-chlohydria).

Bloating, belching, burning and flatulence-within 1-2 hours after a meal; sensation or fullness after eating; indigestion, diarrhea or constipation, undigested food in stool, foul smelling stools, candida, parasites, abnormal flora, food allergies/intolerances; nausea after taking nutritional and herbal supplements; post-adolescents acne; weak, peeling cracked fingernails; dilated capillaries in the cheeks and nose.
