Martin Alonzo and the Performance Training Center: Founded in 2005 by owner Martin Alonzo. The direction of Martin's private, personal training gym completely integrates all aspects of each client, with comprehension of physical, nutritional, environmental, mental, and lifestyle factors- His skill set and diverse knowledge is the foundation of his approach towards strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, proper nutrition, and appropriate testing that achieves every clients goals quickly and effectively .

Martin Alonzo is a Certified Nutritionist (CNC) under NHI College of Naturopathy with an emphasis in Clinical Nutrition, CHEK Practitioner, TBM1 certified, and a corrective exercise and strength and conditioning specialist-with advanced certifications in digestive health and nutritional therapy. Martin studied kinesiology at city college and SDSU .

The commitment to Martin's training philosophies and principles of a complete and highly effective training system, dedication to continuing education, and 'leading by example' persona has attracted the attention of his diverse clientele.

Martin continues as a high level personal trainer and expert in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, bio mechanics/golf bio mechanics, nutritionist and holistic lifestyle coaching. Martin Alonzo's personal training system is a complete approach that achieves maximum results where others have not.

Willian Alba - Lead Trainer

Willian Alba is a trainer passionate about helping people achieving their goals.

He’s graduated in Exercise science and used to be a Field hockey athlete, defending his Country, Brazil, for several years.

He is a certified Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and holds many Functional and CORE training certifications, as FMS L1, CrossFit L1, CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit, Gymnastics, CrossFit Endurance, CORE 360 L4, among others.

Willian strongly believe that personal training is much more than just “training”. By instructing clients about a healthy lifestyle and providing them with a complete individualized program, he’s been able to help many clients to live a better life, healthier and fitter.
