Performance Training Center is at 440 Upas Street, Unit 104, in San Diego’s Bankers Hill — about 5 minutes from Little Italy, a straight shot up Fourth or Fifth Avenue. Easy access from the Little Italy Mercato, India Street, Waterfront Park, and the downtown high-rises. Street parking on Upas; the studio is private and built for one-on-one coaching.
In-home training is also available across Little Italy, Downtown, Cortez Hill, and Bankers Hill for clients who prefer to train at home or in their building’s fitness room.
