Each service below is part of an integrated system. Most clients combine 2–3 of these into a single program designed around their goals. All sessions are coached in person at our private Bankers Hill studio (or via in-home and virtual delivery, depending on the service).

Cornerstone Service

Private One-on-One Personal Training / Strength and Conditioning

The foundation of everything we do. Every session is part of a customized personal training program — built around your physiology, your goals, and where you are that week. Programs follow NSCA-aligned principles: progressive overload, periodization, neural-drive development, and biomechanically-precise movement patterning calibrated to your training age, neuromuscular capacity, and recovery profile.

This isn’t just exercise. It’s a structured training program — one client at a time, one hour at a time, in a private studio, with a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach who has 22+ years of experience.

For Pairs & Teams

Private Small Group Training

For clients who want the same personalized programming with a partner or training group of 2–4 people. Same customized personal training program as one-on-one, with the energy and accountability that comes from training alongside people you trust.

Each person in the group gets their own programming. We adjust loads, intensities, and movement selections individually so everyone progresses on their own timeline. Same hour, same studio, individualized training.

Dietary Coaching / Gastrointestinal / Metabolic Pathway Testing

Training is the stimulus. Nutrition is where the change actually happens. As a Certified Nutritionist and Destination Wellbeing practitioner, I build dietary protocols around your specific goals — fat loss, muscle gain, performance, recovery, longevity — with macros, meal timing, and supplementation engineered to your physiology.

When performance plateaus or stubborn symptoms appear (bloating, fatigue, brain fog, slow recovery, stalled body composition), we go deeper with functional stool and microbiome testing. Panels identify parasites, bacterial dysbiosis, fungal overgrowth, intestinal permeability markers, and digestive insufficiencies. We then build interventions — supplementation, nutrition, lifestyle — around exactly what the data shows for you specifically.

Post-Injury & Post-Surgery

Somatic Therapy & Soft Tissue Therapy

For clients who have been cleared by their physical therapist but aren’t yet back to full function. Grounded in the Feldenkrais Method, somatic therapy bridges the gap between medical clearance and the neuromuscular integration required to perform without restriction.

We’ve worked with clients post-ACL reconstruction, post-rotator-cuff repair, post-spinal procedures, post-hip and knee replacements, and chronic compensation patterns. The work restores range of motion, regains strength under load, and eliminates the guarded patterns the brain holds onto long after the tissue has healed.

What Is Somatic Therapy?

Somatic therapy at Performance Training Center is grounded in the Feldenkrais Method, developed by Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais — an engineer and applied physicist who integrated biomechanics, neuroscience, and motor control into a structured movement-rehabilitation system.

Every injury — surgery, sprain, tear, fracture, herniated disc — leaves a footprint in both the tissue and the nervous system. After healing, the brain continues to protect the area through restricted range of motion, compensatory patterns, and reduced motor control. Medical clearance restores tissue integrity. Full neuromuscular function requires deliberate retraining.

The Feldenkrais Method addresses this through deliberate, novel movement sequences that retrain the nervous system to recognize the joint as stable and load-ready. The process — known as awareness through movement — applies neuroplasticity directly to physical performance: restored range of motion, regained strength under load, and the elimination of guarded patterns.

This is the gap between medical clearance and full functional return. Post-ACL, post-rotator-cuff, post-spinal-procedure, or recovering from chronic compensation — somatic therapy restores the neuromuscular integration required to perform without restriction.
