Pricing is straightforward: one per-session rate. It stays the same whether you book a single session or a package — your time, attention, and program design are always the same.

On the 30-minute consultation, we walk through your goals, your training history, and your schedule. Then we propose a program structure and review the rate. No pressure to commit on the call.
